Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 10:30AM The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee (EPW) today reported out the Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act without amendments and over the objections of committee Republicans. The move, which EPW Chairwoman Barbara Boxer and other panel Democrats set up during two business meetings on the bill earlier this week, was approved 10-1. No Republicans were present for the vote and all Democrats except Senate Finance Chairman Max Baucus voted to report it out of committee.
